CAN I CANCEL OR UPDATE MY ORDER? 

If you need to make any changes to your order, including adjusting and cancelling of the order, or changing the shipping address, please reach out within 24 hours of placing the order. Kindly note that as our team works hard to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible, we may not be able to cancel or update your order upon request.


HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

Can’t wait for your jewellery to arrive? We don’t blame you. You can track your order by click on your tracking number on your dispatch email.  Please remember to check your junk or spam mail.


HOW DO I TAKE CARE OF MY JEWELRY?

Follow these simple steps to keep your jewellery looking their best:

1.Limit exposure to water, perfume, sunscreen, lotion and hairstyling products.

2.Remove your jewellery before swimming, bathing or showering.

3.Store pieces separately

4.Wipe clean with a soft cloth. 


If your jewels are exposed to the products or water as per above, some tarnishing may occur. Additionally, your own pH may impact the life cycle of your jewellery.


WARRANTY

All of our items are covered by our standard 6 month guarantee and will cover any manufacturing defects.

Please note this guarantee will not be valid if any damage is incurred by the customer. This includes any damage caused by perfumes, bleaching, heat exposure and general wear and tear.


Tarnishing or discolouration of silver or gold plated jewellery is not classed as a fault. All silver jewellery will naturally tarnish over time. Tarnishing is not a fault and there are steps that can be taken to ensure your jewellery does not tarnish, please see our JEWELLERY CARE section for details on this.
